Battle Creek Silo-to-Sign Conversion
The purpose of this project was to re-purpose a 15′ diameter concrete silo into a circular backlit sign for the new owners. Concrete Cutting & Breaking Co. wire sawed the entire circumference of 10″ thick concrete wall in one pull.
Indiana Waste Water Treatment Plant Y-wall
Reconfiguring existing waste water tanks required the removal of Y-walls without damaging the existing tanks. First, cores were drilled at the limits of demolition, at each vertical cut location.

Project called for the removal of 1.5 million pounds of heavily reinforced concrete foundation so that a newer more efficient generator could be installed. The work area was located 35′ above the basement floor, inside an operating power plant.
