No, we specialize in concrete sawing and drilling.

Yes, we have small and large electric saws that run indoors and our own 3-phase electric power. These saws are dust and fume-free.

Isolate the area to be cut by hanging plastic from your ceiling and down the wall. We usually generate a few gallons of water through the cut lines. We will have a shop vac on site for cleanup.

Yes, CCB handles residential work as well as commercial projects.

Yes, we have small wet-cut electric saws that two people can carry up and down stairs. These saws are dust and fume-free.

No, we cut everything from the street side, so no excavation is required.

No, permits for saw cutting curb openings are usually obtained by the paving contractor. Permits are not typically required for egress window installation.

We perform work in all 50 states and internationally

For small 225-pound electric slab saws, we cut up to 7 inches deep. For large electric slab saws, up to 15 inches deep. Gas walk-behind saws cut up to 39 inches deep (91-inch diameter blade). Our diamond wire sawing depth is unlimited.

No, all our trucks have in-unit power.

We prefer to cut from the outside to avoid entering your house. This also keeps most of the water outside.

We require at least 4 feet back from the wall and 1 foot wider on both sides and 1 foot deeper.

We need to get our big box truck within 100 feet of the cut location. These trucks are large and can get stuck easily.
